In the dry processing process, we separate the coffee into micro-batches and mechanically and electronically select the size and weight of the bean to ensure the best blends. The training and experience of our roasters and tasters have allowed us to develop an excellent quality control in roasting, this allows us to give a personalized service to our customers.

It is thanks to this care, from the coffee plantation to the cup, that allows us to exalt and maintain the characteristics, aromas and flavors of our coffee with a work methodology in which we ensure that we take care of the work of each of the hands that they participate in the process.
