Our Coffee
We focus our efforts on the search for the best organic coffees in Mexico. We deal directly with the people who grow coffee plantations in Veracruz, obtaining a first quality green bean and helping to promote the local economy in the Mexican countryside.
We use fluidized bed roasters of Mexican design, engineering and manufacturing. We roast in small batches of 10 kilograms, which allows us to give each bean the roast defined by our Master Roaster.
